We believe in making our campus a hospitable place for our community, and one of the concrete ways we have done this is by starting a community garden in the back lot.  We have a 36 plot Community Garden in the back lot of the church which is open to the community.

Our Mission Statement:

Oak Hills Community Garden is a ministry of Oak Hills Church.  The mission of the Oak Hills Community Garden is to serve the local community by creating a welcoming, verdant space where neighbors can come together, grow fresh produce, share and learn from one another, and experience community.

Interested in Joining Us?

We have 36 10’ x 10’ in-ground plots, and frequently one or more of these opens up.  If you are interested in joining the garden, or putting your name on the waitlist if the spots are currently full, please contact our Missional Living Coordinator, Emily Hooey, at emily.hooey@oakhills.org or call the church office at 916.983.0181.
