Adopt A Ward
Oak Hills Church is piloting the Sacramento County Youth Detention Facility Adopt-A-Ward Program for wards discharging to Folsom or the surrounding areas. The AWP is a faith-based Re-Entry program aiming to assist at-risk teens being discharged from Juvenile Hall by providing a positive home church environment and support system. Wards opt in to this service, connect with a mentor at Oak Hills, and get plugged in through Sunday services, small groups, and youth gatherings.

Ylli and Albana are Albanian nationals, seeking to bring the gospel to their fellow Albanians by planting churches, making new contacts, discipling new believers, training leaders, leading children’s and youth ministries, along with other pastoral duties.

Bicol Center for Christian Leadership
We continue to support the Bible School in the Philippines that was started many years ago by our now returned missionaries Gregg and Maria Evans. Mayette Ativo-Bueno, a Filipino national, now leads the ministry. Based in Legazpi City and with satellites all around the Bicol region, this school trains local believers in theology, ministry, and leadership skills.

In addition to being our Youth Pastors, Travis and Stephenie work for Royal Servants, a youth missions organizations that takes students ages 13-19 overseas during the summer, where students experience a summer of service for a lifetime of ministry. Focusing on developing students into disciples who will turn around and make disciples of the nations they are in, the Carrs work during the year to recruit students and undergo preparations for these summer trips.
HART of Folsom
The mission of HART of Folsom (Homeless Assistance Resource Team) is to assist the homeless towards self-sufficiency and greater independence. In this they help to meet basic needs, as well as connect individuals to helpful resources. HART welcome all local residents, organizations, churches, neighborhoods and businesses to get involved in this effort. They believe strongly that a collaborative community-wide effort is the beginning of addressing homelessness.
Folsom’s Hope is a non-profit serving the schools and families of Folsom. They run afterschool and in-school mentoring and tutoring programs to serve children in need and provide resources to schools and families in our community.
The Liberti Family

Steve and Dawn work with Proclaim! International using the arts as a tool to deliver the Gospel to the lost in some of the hardest places in the world. They work and minister in Germany, and also travel to Eastern Europe, North Africa and Central Asia to partner with other missionaries, churches and church planters to build up and multiply the church of Jesus Christ.
Nate has worked with the Navigators for over 45 years, focusing their ministry on discipling international students to help reach the nations, mentoring and coaching staff in 25 states, and visiting returnees in their countries to encourage and equip them for continued ministry and spiritual health.
NAB on Mission
We are a family of missionaries! To be a follower of Jesus is to be a missionary. Our desire is to equip missionaries for service at home and internationally. At home and abroad NAB serves others by coaching and equipping missionaries, regional ministers, pastors, and church planters. They provide leadership resources for pastors and church leaders, and seek to spread the Gospel around the world.
The Nehemiah Project exists to protect future generations from HIV. Working in Manipur, India the Project educates and assists pregnant women living with HIV, connecting them with treatment to ensure they deliver a baby free of HIV. The Project also sponsors the education of HIV affected children, and runs The Nehemiah Children’s Home, a home to children who have been orphaned by HIV/AIDS.

Powerhouse Ministries is a non-profit interdenominational corporation serving families and individuals in crisis with love and mercy to meet their physical, emotional, educational, social and spiritual needs. Powerhouse has three distinct areas of service: a Drop-In Center, Neighborhood Outreach Programs and a Transformation Center, each of which depend on volunteers to help them function.

Restoration Ministries focuses on bringing hope to children and their families living in the slums of São Paulo, Brazil. Most who live in the slums are plagued by hunger, disease and poverty and many are scarred by the devastating affects of prostitution, drugs and domestic violence. Founded by nationals, Paulo and Ireni Mota, they seek to build trusting relationships and offer practical services and programs that restore hope to broken lives..
Super Seniors Ministry
Dedicated to having Jesus’ love flow through us to the elderly while tending to their spiritual, emotional, and social needs, Super Seniors provides Sunday services to elderly communities that often can’t leave the care facilities to attend a church. Super Seniors also hosts Bible Studies in the care homes and fun community-wide events in Folsom.

The City of Folsom and El Dorado County
The Sierra Law Enforcement Chaplaincy was formed by the vision of Rev. Tim Thompson who was serving at the time as the associate chaplain to the Sacramento Police and Sheriff’s Department and California State Police. The Chaplaincy Program provides spiritual guidance and counseling to members of the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department, Placerville, Folsom and South Lake Tahoe Police Departments, as well as the Placerville Division of the Highway Patrol, the county Probation Department, the District Attorneys Office, both sworn and civilian, and their families in times of need.
