What to expect

Sunday Gatherings

When you visit one of our services, expect to be greeted at our front door with a smile from our Hospitality Team who will be happy to help you find your way around or a seat if you like. Just look for someone with a name tag. We would love to know if you have visited us, so please be sure to fill out a welcome card and drop it in the offering or at the Community Booth.

Children are always welcome in our services! Grades Two through Five participate in the first portion of our worship experience before being dismissed to their classes. Our Nursery through First Grade classes run through the entire service.

When you arrive, visit our check-in station at the Family Booth in the lobby to sign your kids in, then pick them up from their classrooms at the end of the service.

Before the service:

Community Booth

Stop by our Community Booth and a team member will assist you. You will receive a welcome gift, which includes information about Oak Hills. Listening devices for the hearing-impaired are also available at the Community Booth.

Coffee Bar

Help yourself to complimentary coffee in our airpots. Feel free to take them with you into the main auditorium for the service.

During the service, you may experience:

Worship

A time to remind one another of God’s story and to worship Him together through song, prayer, silence, scripture, and other responsive actions.

Message

Usually shared by one of our pastors who will inspire and challenge you.

Communion

Celebrated on the first Sunday of every month. All who consider themselves a follower of Christ are invited to participate. Children in first grade and above remain with us for the entire service on communion Sundays.

Creative Arts

You may also experience other elements such as drama, dance, multimedia, and original liturgy and dramatic readings, as well as our Art and Soul Gallery in the lobby.
